1. Systemic autoimmune diseases, seronegative spnodyloarthropathy, primary vasculitis degenerative joint disease, crystal-induced arthritis, infectious arthritis, osteoporosis., soft tissue rheumatism, and other miscellaneous rheumatic disorders

3. Lymphocyte function and subpopulation: flow cytometry, lymphocyte , stimulation
4. Basic molecular biology : PCR, RT-PCR.
5. HLA typing
